  • Green Gram - 2tbsp
  1. Heat a pan.
  2. Dry roast wheat.
  3. Dry roast green.
  4. Add wheat in a grinding jar and grind well.
  5. Transfer the content to bowl.
  6. Add green gram in a grinding jar and grind well.
  7. Transfer and mix well.
  8. Sieve to get a fine porridge powder.
  9. This porridge mix can be stored for 6 months in an airtight container.
  10. How to make Instant green gram wheat porridge?
  11. Add 2 tbsp of porridge powder in a feeding bowl.
  12. Add piping hot water and mix well without lumps.
  13. Instant porridge is ready to be served.
