Try this Jowar Ragi Dates Porridge for Babies [simple & easy iron rich baby food], an immunity boosting food, which is rich in several other nutrients!
INGREDIENTS
  • Jowar - 2 tbsp
  • Ragi - 2 tbsp
  • Dates powder (from My Little Moppet) - 1 Tbsp
METHOD
  1. Wash, rinse and soak jowar and ragi for 5 minutes.
  2. In a cooker, add soaked jowar and ragi.
  3. Pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles.
  4. Once the pressure releases, let it cool for some time.
  5. Transfer into blending jar.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. In a pan add blended mixture and dates powder.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes or until the porridge thickens.
  10. Healthy and yummy porridge is ready to serve.
