Here is the simplest, yet the most nutritious Guava Puree for babies! Guava is rich in several nutrients and considered to be the best first food!
  • Guava
  1. Wash, rinse and peel the skin of guava fruit.
  2. Cut it into four halves.
  3. Deseed the guavas.
  4. Chop into small pieces.
  5. Cook with little amount of water for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Let it cool.
  7. Blend into a smooth puree.
  8. Serve.
