Moringa soup for babies [Immunity Boosting iron-rich soup recipe]

Give your little one all the benefits of moringa leaves in an easy to consume format - healthy moringa soup! Immunity boosting and easy to digest for babies!
  • Moringa Leaves - 2 Cups
  • Onions - 2 Tbsp. chopped
  • Tomato - 1 Small chopped
  • Garlic - 3 Small cloves finely chopped
  • Pepper powder - ¼ Tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ⅛ Tsp
  • Sesame Oil- 1 Tsp
  • Jeera powder - ½ Tsp
  1. Wash moringa leaves well in running water.
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat a tsp of oil.
  3. Add jeera powder, pepper powder and garlic, saute.
  4. Add onions and saute until golden brown.
  5. Add tomato and saute until mushy.
  6. Sprinkle turmeric powder and saute.
  7. Add moringa leaves and mix well.
  8. Finally add water and close the lid.
  9. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles in medium flame.
  10. Mash well. Strain with a strainer and serve warm.
