Pumpkin Halwa for Babies

A recipe your babies will love “Pumpkin Halwa for Babies”! Halwa with essential nutrients for immunity & digestion, making them the perfect baby food. This sugarless dessert with a festive twist can be given to babies from 8 months of age. Pumpkin is good to be given after 6 months itself, as we have added the dates powder, this recipe is recommended for 8 months+ babies.
  • Grated Pumpkin - 1 cup
  • Dates Powder - ¼ cup
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Dry Fruits – 1 tbsp
  • Water - ½ cup
  • Cardamom Powder - a pinch
  1. Heat Ghee in a pan.
  2. Add grated pumpkin and saute till there is no raw smell.
  3. Add Little water and let it boil.
  4. Add Dry Dates Powder.
  5. Add dry fruits powder and cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Mix well till it thickens.
  7. Yummy halwa is ready to get served.
