Curd Oats Khichdi for Babies

Curd oats khichdi for babies is a protein rich meal idea for babies above 6 months. This energy rich khichdi can be given to babies as a lunch or dinner.
  • Curd - 4 Tbsp
  • Organic Oatmeal Powder - 2Tbsp
  • Grated Carrot - 1Tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - A Pinch
  1. In a Pan, Add ½ cup of water.
  2. Add oatmeal powder to it.
  3. Stir well without lumps.
  4. Cook on medium heat, until the porridge thickens.
  5. Keep the porridge aside
  6. Heat ghee in a small wok.
  7. Add cumin seeds.
  8. Let it splutter.
  9. Add grated carrot.
  10. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
  11. In oats Porridge, add curd and the carrot mixture
  12. Mix well and serve warm.
