Broken Wheat Apple Halwa Recipe
- Broken wheat – 3 Tbsp.
- Apple puree – 1 Tbsp.
- Ghee – 1 Tsp
- Cardamom powder – A Pinch
- Dry fruits powder – 1 Tsp (for babies above 8 months)
- Heat a cooker and add 1 tsp of ghee in it.
- Add Broken wheat and sauté for few seconds.
- Add ½ cup of water to the sautéed broken wheat .
- Close the lid.
- Cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Check the consistency.
- Mash well.
- Add Apple puree.
- Add dry fruits powder (can be added for babies above 8 months)
- And finally add cardamom powder
- Mix well
- Yummy Broken Wheat Apple Halwa is now ready to be served.
