Recipe type: snacks
Cuisine: Indian
Serves: 6
Chocolate multigrain popsicle is chocolaty in flavor, fudgy in texture and filled with the goodness of multigrain. It's a perfect healthy summer treat.
  • 2 tablespoons My Little Moppet Food’s Chocolate Multigrain Health Drink
  • 1½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey (optional)
  1. In a sauce pan take milk.
  2. Add My Little Moppet Food’s Chocolate Multigrain Health Drink mix to it.
  3. Stir well until you get a lump free mix.
  4. Transfer the sauce pan to stove top and cook the solution on low flame while stirring continuously. Allow the mix to boil once and then put off the flame.
  5. Allow the chocolate milk to cool down before adding honey to it.
  6. Stir well and pour the milk to the popsicle mould.
  7. Freeze the popsicles for 1 hour. Remove the mould, now the chocolate milk is firm enough to hold the ice-cream sticks.
  8. Insert one stick in each mould and transfer the mould to a freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  9. To unmould the popsicle, just run the mould under running water or simply give it a 5 min standing time.
  10. Sprinkle chopped pistachio if you prefer and serve the popsicle immediately.
