Quick and Easy Sprouted Ragi Malt Recipe

Sprouted Ragi malt can be given as a nutrient rich energy drink in the morning or as an energy boosting after school drink. It can be served warm in winters and cool in summers. Sprouted ragi malt is an easy to make nutritious drink for toddlers to elders.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup of hot milk
  • 2 teaspoons of sprouted ragi malt drink mix
METHOD
  1. Add raw milk to rinsed pan.
  2. Allow the milk to boil. Put off the flame.
  3. Add 2 teaspoon of Sprouted Ragi Malt drink mix to a glass or cup.
  4. Pour hot milk over it while continuously stirring to get a smooth lump free drink.
  5. Serve immediately.
