Oats Kheer for Babies

A simple oats porridge flavoured with elaichi and saffron
INGREDIENTS
  • .3 tablespoon of oats ( I used Kellogg oats, any oats can be used)
  • A pinch of Powdered jaggery (for toddlers)
  • 1 pinch Elachi powder (optional)
  • Saffron (optional)
METHOD
  1. Whole oats or powdered oats can be used.
  2. Boil adequate amount of water.
  3. When the water comes to a boil, add the oats and stir well.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook well.
  5. After the oats is cooked add jaggery powder, elaichi powder and saffron.
  6. Can be served chill too
