Fruity Paneer Puree for Babies

Let baby enjoy a yummy fruity paneer puree that's packed with calcium, protein and vitamins, and tastes as good as dessert!
INGREDIENTS
  • ½ Banana
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 2-3 cubes of Paneer / Cottage Cheese
  • Whey as required to dilute the puree ( can use drinking water instead)
METHOD
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Chop roughly. Peel and chop the banana.
  2. Blend the banana, strawberry pieces, paneer and whey to a smooth puree.
  3. Add more whey or water and pulse to adjust the consistency of the puree.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
