Heart Shaped Banana Oats Pancakes

Serves: 4 small pancakes
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 large overripe banana
- 1 tablespoon ghee / Olive oil
- ½ cup milk
- Using a grinder , pulse the oats 2-3 times to get oat meal (powdered oats)
- Add ripe banana chunks and milk to the grinder jar with oatmeal.
- Pulse 2-3 times to get a lump free batter.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee or olive oil in a pan .
- Using a small ladle , pour the pancake batter in the centre of the pan. Allow it to spread a little on its own. Do not spread the batter much.
- Cover cook the pancake on low to medium flame for a minute or so and flip the pancake.
- Cook from both the sides until it turns golden brown.
- Repeat the same with remaining batter.
- Now using a heart shape cookie cutter, cut out small heart shape pancakes.
- Serve the heart shape oats banana pancakes either as it is or with strawberry banana puree or honey .
