Fish Puree for Babies

  • Fish, cleaned and prepared
  1. Fill a kadai with water.
  2. Place the chopped fish pieces in a bowl and place the bowl in the kadai.
  3. Close the kadai and turn on the gas. Let the fish pieces steam inside.
  4. Check the fish in between, if the colour changes to white, then it means the fish is cooked.
  5. Add a pinch of Jeera Powder to the fish and grind it to a puree.
