Green Peas and Potato Puree For Babies

Add some potato to your baby's green peas to bulk it up and make it creamier, in this Green Peas and Potato Puree for Babies.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large or 2 small Potatoes
  • Handful of Green Peas
  • Salt to taste (optional)
METHOD
  1. Peel the potatoes and roughly chop them into small chunks.
  2. Take the chopped potatoes and washed green peas in a steel bowl. Add ½ tsp salt ( if using) to the veggies at this stage.
  3. Add about 2 cups of water to a pressure cooker. Place this bowl in the cooker and pressure-cook the veggies for 2 whistles. Wait for the pressure to release naturally before opening the lid.
  4. Transfer the cooked potatoes and green peas in a grinder jar with 1 cup of boiled water and pulse to a smooth puree. Add more water to adjust the required consistency.
  5. Serve warm.
